Applications for Solid Weigh-Fill-Seal Production Line: 

All kinds of grains and solids, like candy, nuts, raisins, peanuts, melon seeds, nuts, potato chips, chocolate, biscuits and so on. 
 

Main Features of Retort Bag Filling Sealing Machine:

Suitable pouches: all kinds of preformed retort pouches

Easy to operate: PLC controller, HMI system, fault indication on the touch screen.

Easy to adjust: only about 10 minutes to change different pouches.

Frequency control: speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion within the range. 

High automation: unmanned in weighing and packing process, machine alarm automatically when failure.

 

 

Safety and Hygiene of Retort Bag Filling Sealing Machine:

  1. No pouch/ incorrect pouch opening-no fill-no seal, machine alarm.
  2. Machine alarm and stop when the inadequate air pressure.
  3. Safety guards with safety-switches, machine alarm and stop when the safety guards are opened.
