Elementis increases its ink additive prices

The elementis company recently announced that since January 3, 2005, the prices of its professional additive products for coatings, inks, enamels and water treatment products (ciccw) have increased by an average of 5%.

According to Bill French, the company's executive vice president of ciccw business, raw materials rose significantly in 2004 as a whole, and according to company forecasts, raw materials will continue to rise in 2005, so the company had to increase prices to make up for losses.
