RAMPF launches new PU injection grade resin

RAMPF recently introduced a new polyurethane injection grade resin. Its processability is similar to the epoxy resin currently used. The injection resin can be applied to the mechanical parts of the processing transportation system or the soles of climbing shoes. It is also suitable for manufacturing refrigerator insulation foams, packaging containers and the like.

This polyurethane has good insulation properties as well as better mechanical properties and thermal stability up to 160°C. In addition, its greater advantages are reduced demolding time, lower energy consumption, lower processing costs, and more competitive material prices.
