2. Digital Printing

When digital printing optical discs are used, digital images produced by computers can be directly transmitted to digital printers for printing. No processes such as film and plate making are required, and the product quality is stable. The production capacity can reach 3,600 to 4,000 sheets/hour, which can increase production for enterprises. Efficiency, compression of production costs.

But like digital printing for paper, digital printing on optical discs is not currently suitable for mass production. In addition, due to the high cost of digital printing equipment and the low profit status of optical disc printing, digital printing needs to wait for the maturity of the technology in order to invest a large area in optical disc printing.

3. Inkjet printing

Nowadays, office and home small inkjet printers are very common. In the competition, many manufacturers are constantly improving the function of the equipment to maintain its market share. At present, some small inkjet printers already have the function of printing optical discs.

The ink jet printing method suitable for the production of single-piece or small-volume VCD discs has the advantages of high resolution, can reach more than 2880dpi, and has good printing effect; it is suitable for single-sheet or small batch production with no more than 100 sheets, especially suitable for wedding celebrations. Use of VCDs, commemorative discs, personal photo disks, etc. The disadvantage is that the price is higher, and the price disadvantage is obvious in mass production.

4. Flexo printing

The emergence of UV flexo printing in recent years is still a new printing method in the CD and DVD industry, but it can greatly improve the printing quality of CDs. Therefore, it can be considered that UV flexo printing will be a kind of quotient in the near future. People pay attention to the printing method.
