Continuous color manuscripts are:

Density range D=0.1-3.8, scan and screen with high-grade scanner or electric extension to ensure image quality. Magnification can be enlarged by more than ten times, suitable for large-format screen printing, and is ideal for large advertisements;
2. Color prints are printed with color negatives for reflection. In the printing (copy), the image level is somewhat lost. If the operation is not performed, color imbalance, color cast, and hue unevenness will occur. The density range is D=0.1-2.6, and the dye particles are rough. Scan with a flatbed scanner and the image magnification is 4 -7 times, then enlarge the image distortion;
3. The color positive film is copied from the color negative film. The image quality is the same as that of the color photograph. It is a transmission document, and the density range is D=0.1-2.8. It is scanned with a flat bed scanner and placed at a magnification of 4-7 times.
There is a layer of horse mask (amber) on the surface of the color negative film, and black and white fields are not found during scanning. The screen does not see the effect and it is not easy to grasp the color reproduction. The color of the image is the complementary color of the original scene. Normally, it is not used as a manuscript, and it can be copied into a positive or a photo as a screen-printed manuscript.
Printing manuscript, also known as the second manuscript, mostly for the tone of the mesh reflect the original, after compression Y, M, C, K four-color print, the density range is low, in the 0.1-1.6, the level is not rich. Copying the density of the original with the original must be consistent, and should not be enlarged. Otherwise, it will be seriously distorted. The print density is lower than the scanner's density recognition ability. Scanning with medium and low-grade scanners is the first step to go to the network for blurring.
Inkjet printers, laser printers, and laser image-setters can all output transparencies for screen printing originals, but their density and image resolution (resolution) differ.

2. Laser printer, which outputs transparencies and sulfuric acid paper, adopts the principle of electrostatic imaging to attach the toner to the image area on the surface of the photoconductor to form an image. After heating, the toner is fused and fixed on the transparent substrate. The image is composed of particles of carbon powder. Rough, non-uniform levels, low image density, missing small dots, large point distortions, and more trachoma and black spots on the layout. Used for pattern text block screen printing originals, can not be used as a color mesh tune original film.
3. A laser image-setter machine, a laser-based crystal modulator or a galvanometer system for laser color separation and screening, controlled by a computer to pass a laser beam or be blocked so as to record an exposure image formed on a silver salt film, and obtain the developed image. High-precision silver salt negative film. Laser Phototypesetter output high resolution film, high density, dot, smooth lines, rich layers, is the best screen halftone screen printing.
