I will find a relatively flat and straight place to practice short pushes of about eight or nine feet. Place two aiming rods parallel to the floor and align the hole. Pull a rope from the ball to the back of the hole and place it in the middle of the two aiming rods. Then practice putting. I will mark the fixed pendulum ball position with a ball mark, let the body parallel the sighting stick on the ground, and let the eyes lie directly above the rope, which is just above the ball. I put the head in the track formed by the two aiming rods when I put the rods on and on. Because I often have problems sending the rod to the left, this can help me correct this. You can also use the two ball ladders in the middle of the track to build narrow gates and try to get the ball through the gate.
Chopstick practice
Insert a disposable chopsticks at the end of the grip, position the putter to set the posture, and put the end of the chopstick against your lower abdomen. Then practice the putter and try the chopsticks in the entire putting process. Live in the abdomen. This exercise will familiarize you with the pendulum motion of the push rod on your shoulder to keep your hands steady and make the push rod action more consistent.
