Install and lock the scraper Before installing the squeegee, pay attention to clean the lining knife and the knife board, there must be no trace of ink or stains, so as to avoid uneven knife installation and wavy shape. After installation, tighten from the middle. Be careful not to over-tighten at first. Lock slightly and then back and forth on both sides. At the same time, the scraper should be kept straight, otherwise waves will appear. Pay attention not to lock the screws too tightly, as it is necessary for the next step. After locking the screws, you should pay attention to whether the height of the three points is balanced. You can't measure the height at the same time. You can use a special ruler or use one end of the hexagon to measure. The height of the three points must be the same. If it is an old squeegee, you can use a special whetstone to grind the squeegee. This requires special training. Ink must be filtered, filtered before going to the machine, use an ink pump to circulate ink, hang socks at the outlet of the ink basin to filter. At the same time, the squeegee of the field version (such as the text version) should be harder. The squeegee extends 2-3 cm from the blade liner. The shallow screen version should be softer. At 3-4 cm, the squeegee angle should be 45-60 degrees. The position of one stop must be centered when cutting the knife, and cannot be deviated. 3. Squeegee down The method of pressing down the doctor blade is as follows: first shake the doctor blade to a height of about 3 cm from the surface of the plate roller, and then reduce the pressure of the doctor blade to the minimum. After closing the doctor blade and lowering the knife naturally, adjust the pressure back to not exceed 0.25MPA. This can effectively maintain the elasticity of the scraper. After the squeegee is down, turn on the equipment at the normal printing speed, and observe the printing status of each layout with the strobe light. If there is a knife line, if it is, you can sand it out first to facilitate production. 4. Measure printing viscosity Before starting the machine, it is necessary to pay attention to the measurement and control of the printing viscosity. This is very important, and it is also one of the important ways to control the appearance of the knife line. 5. Other matters needing attention After the plate is installed, pay attention to throwing the plate with idling. The C-type action is used, and the screen is evenly thrown back and forth with 800 mesh sandpaper. Be careful not to use too much force, it is best to stick solvent or water on the sandpaper for tossing. For the full version of the layout, you can use the old blade to produce, you can use the back of the knife to produce, don't forget to use sandpaper to polish it before use, this can effectively save the scraper. After printing the product, please pay attention to wipe it with solvent in time, this should be done immediately. If the shutdown does not start, the scraper should be removed in time, cleaned with solvent, brushed with oil and wrapped with PET white film, and the logo should be spared, so as to effectively save the scraper.
