Cause Analysis:

1, pressure roller pressure is too large;

2, corrugated fiber is short, no toughness, poor quality;

3, the gap between the upper and lower corrugating rollers is too small;

4. The preheating area is too large and corrugated paper is seriously dehydrated;

5, corrugated roller temperature is too high;

6, corrugated roller in the high wear and tear, in order to ensure that the middle of single-sided cardboard adhesion, improve the pressure of the pressure roller, so easy to cause the corrugated roller at both ends of the pressure is too large, causing the corrugated paper broken.


Solution:

1, the general pressure roller pressure should not exceed 2kPa, in the normal condition of the equipment, as long as the corrugated paper and liner paper bond well, the pressure is as small as possible. This can extend the service life of corrugated rolls and pressure rolls, and should be properly adjusted in actual production;

2, replace the corrugated paper;

3、Correction of corrugated roller gap;

4, appropriately reduce the warm-up area;

5. Reducing the temperature of corrugating roll to below 180°C;

6, replace or grinding corrugated roller.


(B) After the double-sided machine broken corrugated


Cause Analysis:

1. There are burrs on each guide roller or multiple preheaters of the flyover, causing mechanical scratches;

2, the bridge on the transfer belt buckle puncture.


Solution:

1. Inspect the various paper guide rollers and multiple preheaters on the flyover and find that the burrs are smooth and smooth with sandpaper or burrs;

2, replace the buckle, reconnect.
