In the reviewing and layout process of special-shaped bags, bleeding, bag-out direction and the number of channels are several key issues that must be controlled.


1. Control of bleeding

If the design draft of the special-shaped bag does not have the bleeding position, the problem of "the content will be lost when cutting more, and the white border will appear when cutting less" will occur in the production of the special-shaped bag, which will seriously affect the appearance of the product. The bleeding position of the shaped bag is generally 3mm or more.


2. Selection of the direction of the bag

There are two kinds of bag-out directions: "horizontal" and "vertical". The front text, pattern left or right of the special-shaped bag comes out first when making the bag is "horizontal", and the front text, pattern feet or head of the special-shaped bag comes out first when making the bag is "vertical out". The selection of the bag-out direction should comprehensively consider the characteristics of the special-shaped bag, the characteristics of the processing equipment, and customer requirements. Improper selection will greatly affect the production efficiency and even lead to no production at all.


3. Control of the number of channels

The number of channels refers to the number of special-shaped bags that can be produced in a horizontal direction at the time of typesetting. This is also a key item for typesetting of special-shaped bags. The two factors of processing difficulty and production efficiency should be considered when typesetting.


2. Bag making and die

The bag-making and die-making process is the forming process of special-shaped bags. There are two issues worth noting: the design of the sealing knife and the choice of forming method.


1. Design of sealing knife

The position of the sealing knife should be accurate, and it should be consistent with the pattern on the special-shaped bag, and reserve the appropriate position and size for the straw at the sealing. If the size of the reserved position at the sealing is too large, the sealing is not easy to seal, and the problem of leakage of the bag is easy to occur; if the size of the reserved position is too small, it is difficult to install the straw. When determining the reserved size of the seal, generally based on the circumference of the straw, if you encounter an irregularly shaped straw, you can use a flexible cord to surround the straw for a week, leaving 2 to 3 mm more on the basis of half the length of the cord The remaining amount is sufficient. During the edge banding process, care must be taken to maintain a uniform gap between the sealing mold and the straw to avoid leaking bags due to poor air tightness. If the air tightness of the special-shaped bag is found to be poor in random inspection, it should be stopped in time for inspection and the sealing mold should be re-polished. If you find that the entire edge of the shaped bag is not tightly sealed, you can compensate by adding a high-temperature cloth on the side that is not tightly sealed.


2. Selection of molding method

The advantage of this molding method is that it saves time and effort, is relatively economical, and the molding process and the edge sealing process are completed at the same time, and there are fewer problems such as "large and small edges", leaky bags, or poor edge sealing. But its disadvantage is that it is difficult to adjust the machine. As long as the design and layout are slightly out of order, it will cause great trouble.


To directly output the bag on the bag making machine, the knife mold must be designed and installed on the beam of the fixed sealing knife. The shape of the knife mold should be consistent with the shape of the special-shaped bag. In addition, we must pay attention to a technical problem: find a few suitable points according to the shape characteristics of the special-shaped bag, and make a few small openings on the knife mold (similar to "connected points" , As shown in Figure 3), the purpose of this is to prevent the special-shaped bag from being cut off completely on the bag-making machine. Under the traction of the rubber roller, the special-shaped bag can be smoothly dragged to the Cut the bag mouth, and then cut the special-shaped bag completely at the bag mouth, which is convenient for bag collection and strapping. If there are no such "connected points", the special-shaped bag will easily fall into the bag-making machine and cause malfunction. However, the new bag-making machine now has the functions of bag-forming, pressing and cutting and bag-out through technological improvement, but the price is very high.


After the knife mold is designed, the appropriate cutter blade should also be selected. The sharpness and hardness of the cutter blade must meet certain requirements, not only to ensure that the cut part is cut off under the pressure of the beam spring, but also to ensure that the knife edge will not curl under long-term pressure. problem. Generally, a good cutting blade can make 100,000 special-shaped bags.


In addition, because the knife mold will generate considerable pressure during the downward cutting process, the beam of the fixed knife mold must be kept stable and can bear a certain weight; the deformation of the beam spring must be good to ensure that it can be generated during the deformation process Constant pressure; the fixed knife mold and the steel plate that bears the pressure cutting force must be flat, so that the special-shaped bag pressed and cut will be smooth and without burrs.

The mold is processed according to the shape of the special-shaped bag, and then the bag is formed on the die machine. The advantages of this method are: the quality of the shaped bag is better, the burr is less, and multiple shaped bags can be formed at one time. The disadvantages are: the manufacturing cost of the mold is high. A special-shaped bag may need to use several molds, which is inefficient; the molds cannot be shared. The next time the other types of special-shaped bags are produced, the original mold is basically useless and wasteful; Edge and molding cannot be completed at the same time, which takes much time. Therefore, this scheme is only suitable for the production of temporary, high-difficult special-shaped bag jobs, and large-scale jobs are not suitable for this scheme.
