Anti-active dyes for paints

According to the characteristics of the pattern structure, the anti-active coating process is applied to the case where the flower is difficult and the adjacent two colors are opposite colors. When making the net, if it is a smaller point, fine line, use live direct pressure coating. If it is a relatively wide line, we use the coating to define the profile and the activity is anti-divided.

There are two types of anti-galling agents for coating anti-activity. One uses a more stable reducing agent, and the other uses an acid releasing agent. The former is limited by factors such as paint and adhesives, and the latter is recommended.

Compared with citric acid and ammonium sulfate, the anti-printing effect of citric acid is general, the edges are unclear, the stain is serious, and the process is not easy to control, so ammonium sulfate is used. The amount of ammonium sulfate used is 1% to 6%. If the anti-printing effect is poor, the amount of ammonium sulfate can be appropriately increased, but it should not exceed 8%. Otherwise, the fiber will be brittle and the fabric strength will be affected.
