Preventing the generation of web pattern moiré and vignette

The moire is believed to be familiar to everyone, and the vignette is: after the development of the edge of the part of the net than not all have become through holes, graphic edge uneven, like the wind around the moon ring.

To prevent the moire pattern: 1, plate separation, select the appropriate screen, correctly grasp the direction of the screen dot and the angle of the wire mesh latitude and longitude.

2. It is appropriate to match the number of meshes with the number of screens in the screen, and the number of screens and screen lines are often selected in a ratio of 3 times or more.

3, choose a good color screen angle. When the color is generally monochrome, 45 degrees; in the case of two colors, the main color angle is 45 degrees, and the sub-color is 15 degrees; in the four colors, Y0 degrees, C15 degrees, M45 degrees, and K75 degrees.

Vignettes are often seen in direct plate-making methods. The reasons are:

2. When the printing plate is made, it is not tightly attached to the screen plate.

Its prevention method:

1, using colored wire mesh plate (usually commonly used yellow)

2, using pre-painted veneer to prevent the solution (first painted varnish to prevent liquid, dry, and then coated sensitized adhesive)

3. When printing, pay attention to the plate-making plate and the screen plate to stick it tightly.

4, increase the vacuum time.
