8.5 Standardized operation of the oil circuit The oil circuit is an extremely important circuit on the printing press, so the requirements are extremely high. First of all, it is necessary to ensure that the oil passage is smooth, that is, the oil can always be kept flowing from the oil tank to the required lubrication part. If no oil flows out of the oil circuit, check the oil level on the oil mark. If the oil level is lower than the allowable range of normal work, the engine should be stopped and refueled. If you add oil when the machine is running, it may cause the oil to be too high and cause the machine to leak oil. If the oil level is appropriate and no oil flows out, the filter may be clogged, so the filter should be cleaned regularly. Because the ultra-fine filter is relatively fine, it must be repeated several times during cleaning (using a mixture of gasoline and water) until it is clean. In addition, the working condition of the oil pump should be checked. If the oil pump works abnormally, it must be repaired in time. It should be noted that the oil supply pipe of the oil pump must be inserted into the oil tank, which can prevent air from mixing into the oil circuit and cause poor oil supply. In addition to the oil standard, it can also be judged whether the oil circuit is in a normal working state by the lubrication conditions at both ends of the ink roller. If the oil path is not smooth, the machine sound will be abnormal, so when it is found that the machine sound is abnormal, it should be stopped and checked in time. For the rolling bearing, you can observe the running conditions of the inner and outer rings. If the inner and outer rings are running at the same time, the lubrication is poor and you need to stop the machine in time for inspection. Otherwise, the outermost sleeve may be worn out and the shaft in the inner ring may also be worn. Every time when the machine is running, it should be in a good lubrication state. Some advanced equipments have oil pressure detection devices. If the oil pressure is not enough, the machine will automatically alarm and check the oil circuit as described above. Because the oil circuit and the mechanical four-way are two power sources, the working condition of the oil circuit is almost not affected by the mechanical circuit, that is, whether it is low speed or high speed, it can ensure good lubrication. The oil circuit of most domestic equipment uses a power source. The working condition of the machine circuit directly affects the working condition of the oil circuit. It is relatively difficult for the fuel supply at low speeds. It is extremely unfavorable, especially when the anti-point is the biggest influence on the lubrication of the machine, not only can not add oil to the machine, but also return the oil in the oil circuit to the oil tank. Therefore, anti-points should be reduced as much as possible to avoid long-term anti-points. When you go to work, you should first idle the machine, so that the parts that need to be lubricated can form a layer of oil. At this time, the machine can be operated by jog or slow long car. If the time is too long, the machine should be operated again halfway. Oil sludge, especially sand particles, has the greatest impact on lubrication, so impurities should be avoided as much as possible in the oil circuit, and the exposed lubrication parts should be cleaned regularly. The selection of the oil number should be based on the requirements of the technical specification. If the viscosity is high, the power consumption of the oil circuit will increase, sometimes causing difficulty in oil supply; if the viscosity is small, it will be difficult to play the role of lubrication. For high-speed and heavy-loaded parts, oil lubrication is generally used. Therefore, when poor lubrication occurs in oil-lubricated parts, grease cannot be added. Grease lubrication is generally used for the lubrication of parts at low speed and light load, and these parts are required to be well ventilated (heat dissipation). For parts lubricated with grease, lubricating wax should be replaced regularly. The time for the new machine is shorter, about two months; the time for the old machine is longer, but it needs to be changed every three or four months. If the production is in shifts, the oil change time is shorter. Also note that grease-lubricated parts cannot be lubricated with oil because the adhesion of oil is worse than grease.
