Two Common Faults of Imported Offset Presses and Their Solutions

One, imported offset printing presses are not allowed

1, due to improper operation caused by overprinting is not allowed.

(1) The amount of water is too large to cause the paper to deform, trying to reduce the amount of water.

(2) Since the printing pressure is large, the paper slides in the tooth row, so the printing pressure must be reduced.

(3) The mouth of the paper is too small to adjust the rules.

(4) The printing plate is not adjusted or installed correctly, and the plate position needs to be recalibrated.

2. The offset press has been operating for a long time, and the accuracy has dropped and overprinting has been inaccurate.

(1) The oscillating roller jacket of the paper feed teeth is worn and the bearing jacket needs to be replaced.

(2) The teeth of the open teeth of the delivery teeth are worn, and the open tooth bearing needs to be replaced.

(3) Roller thrust bearing wear requires thrust bearings.

(4) The bearing loss of the open/closed tooth of the drum requires replacement of the bearing.

(5) Tooth decay, difficulty in gripping, and replacement or repair of dental caries.

3, offset printing machine in the installation and debugging caused by incorrect registration is not allowed.

(1) When the position between the roller and the roller is adjusted, the position is incorrect, overprinting will occur, and adjustment will be required.

(2) The feed dog cam is not installed properly. The cam position must be adjusted again.

(3) The feed plug adjustment is not correct, need to recalibrate the plug.

(4) The force is too small to increase the force of tooth decay.

Second, the imported offset press ink bar failure

1. Ink bars produced due to improper adjustment of offset press installation.

(1) The printing pressure is too high and the ink bar is required. The pressure needs to be adjusted.

(2) The position of the ink roller is not suitable for the ink roller, and the ink roller must be calibrated.

(3) The pressure of the ink roller is too large, and the pressure of the water roller will cause the ink bar. The pressure balance between the water roller and the ink roller needs to be adjusted.

2. Ink bars produced due to the reduced precision of the offset press itself.

(1) The roller sleeve wears seriously causing the ink bar and the sleeve needs to be replaced.

(2) Due to the long-term running error of the feed dog cam, the cam needs to be replaced.

(3) Accuracy of the gear The wear accuracy of the long-term wear is degraded to generate an ink rod, and the gear needs to be replaced.

The two problems of overprinting and ink bars in printing equipment failures are also the most serious problems in production.
