High-speed large-capacity refrigerated centrifuge (hereinafter referred to as the centrifuge) operation and precautions:

1. When using a centrifuge, the centrifuge tube and its contents must be balanced on the scale in advance. The difference in weight during the balance must not exceed the range specified by the centrifuge.

2. Never use a single centrifuge tube in the rotor. When the rotor is only partially loaded, the centrifuge tubes must be symmetrically placed in the rotor so that the load is evenly distributed around the rotor.

3. Before the centrifugation, it is necessary to inspect the rotor for holes in the holes.

4. When centrifuged below room temperature, the rotor should be pre-cooled in the centrifuge chamber before use.

5. When loading the solution, choose the appropriate centrifuge tube according to the nature and volume of the liquid to be centrifuged. Some centrifuge tubes have no cover and the liquid must not be packed in excess to prevent the rotor from being unbalanced, rusted, or corroded when thrown off during centrifugation.

6. It is forbidden to use the centrifuge tube with deformation, damage or aging.

7. During the process of centrifugation, it is not allowed to leave at random. It should always observe whether the centrifuge works normally. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately and check it in time.

8. Do not open the cover during centrifugation. Do not stop the rotor by hand.

9, after the end of the centrifuge, you must carefully check the rotor, timely cleaning, dry.

10, be careful when moving the rotor, can not collide, to avoid injury.

11, when the rotor is not used for a long time, it should be coated with a layer of paraffin protection.

12. When each rotor has its maximum allowable rotation speed and cumulative accumulative limit, it must not be used for overspeed or over-accumulation.
