4. The surface of the fabric surface is made of natural fabric, which has a large shrinkage rate and is sensitive to pollution. The products of different batches may have color difference, so please make the following requests during construction:

(1) Due to its natural characteristics, chromatic aberration may occur. Therefore, when ordering goods, please order 1~2 frames for adjustment. Before construction, please check whether the quantity required for construction matches the quantity of the goods to prevent unnecessary troubles.

(2) Because the fabric products are made of natural materials, the seams may be more obvious. Therefore, please construct and customer clarify before construction, and confirm with the customer after 2~3 constructions. The customer can continue construction before approval.

(3) Since the dirt is not easily removed due to its external appearance, it is recommended to use the machine to apply glue and use the maintenance belt to prevent the glue from spilling over to the exterior of the wallpaper. In addition, it is also possible to consider the use of glue on the wall to stop the construction.

(4) After the glue is applied, wait for it, then stop on the wall and stop laying. The waiting time for each piece of paper should be the same, otherwise the wallpaper may be retracted.

(5) Try to use lap joints when laying. When cutting, you should stick to the sharp blade (preferably using imported blades) and change the blades in time. When using the brush, use a brush to smooth the paper surface and use a special pressure roller at the joint to make the separation stand.

(6) Do not open the door and ventilate within 48 hours after construction, and explain to the customer the matters of maintenance.

5. The surface of diatomaceous earth wallpaper is composed of natural diatomaceous earth fine particles. The paper surface is rough, hard and brittle, and easy to break. After contamination, the external dirt is not easy to be cleaned. Different batches of products may produce color difference, so please do it during construction. The following request:

(3) Since the dirt is not easily removed due to its external appearance, it is recommended to use the machine to apply glue and use the maintenance belt to prevent the glue from spilling over to the exterior of the wallpaper. In addition, it is also possible to consider the use of glue on the wall to stop the construction.

(4) After the sizing, the silica wallpaper will become soft and brittle, which is a normal phenomenon.

(5) After the paving, the brush should be used to smooth the surface, and the scraper should not be used to avoid the formation of the surface particles.

(6) Try to use lap joints when laying. When cutting, you should stick to the sharp blade (preferably using imported blades) and change the blades in time.

(7) Do not open the door and ventilate within 48 hours after the construction, and explain with the customer the matters of maintenance.

After laying out the wallpaper and paying attention to these problems, the possibility of presenting the problem is not great, but the inspection method has to be learned.

Third, the content of the later inspection

1) Whether the seams are aligned or curled.

2) Is there a bubble?

3) Whether the pattern does not match.

4) Crease

(1) Seam loosening: Use a knife to pick up the seam, inject glue from the slit, use a scraper to level it, and wipe off excess glue.

(3) The pattern does not match: the building is not accurate, such as the uneven settlement of the foundation, etc., causing the flower to be able to make it appear in the inconspicuous corner.

(4) Crease: Cut the crease with a utility knife, add glue, and roll it with a roller. If it is not flat, use the “refill” method.

(5) Wet plaque: usually no wallpaper defects; but may be a problem with the wall, to ask the relevant experts.

(6) Black spots: Most of the black spots indicate problems with the wall surface such as: mold, water seepage, etc.; remove the wallpaper and dispose of the moisture, and then apply the mold-proof glue.
