The newly-packaged melon seeds were unveiled at the nationwide chain convenience store in November of last year and began mass sales in the first half of this year. Allegedly, this 6.5-inch-high cup caused a stir among young customers who liked the "get on the go" model. Similar to the beverage cups used by people in the Baseball Stadium, these cups are made of opaque, high-density polyethylene and are fitted with matching cup lids to ensure that the seeds do not fall out of the cup. The reusable cup and lid are provided by Berry Plastics. The pattern printed directly on the cup was designed by Revcom Design Inc. of Fresno, California. This design contains many elements of David's original packaging pattern.
