The CoolPik system is a further evolution of Husky's CoolJet technology, using compressed air to cool the interior of the preform. CoolPik uses a blower to generate air, which saves the cost of compressed air. Husky has received worldwide orders for more than 50 HyPET systems, some of which are in production. The company also recently won a new customer for HyPET, CristalPET, one of South America's leading preform manufacturers, whose preforms were exported to many locations in South America and Central America.
