[Abstract] The clothing is divided into pieces and each piece is supported and packaged to achieve the purpose of clothing protection, display and transportation. Its technology and method have good application value.

The bar supporting and packaging technology of clothing is the packaging technology and method for realizing the protection, display, storage and transportation of clothing.

1 Definition and role

1) The bar support and packaging technology of garments refers to the division of garments into strips of different sizes according to different locations, and the use of packaging materials (packages) with a certain degree of rigidity to support them so as to become the lining brackets for each strip, and finally to fold. package. The effect of this garment packaging technique and the way the bars are divided. The rigidity of the packaging support material used is related to factors such as the fixing method and the degree of tightness in the packaging, and the handling skills during packaging.

2) The bar of clothing supports the role of packaging technology. The main role is 3 points:

(1) Protective. The important parts of the protective clothing are not folded or wrinkled, and do not damage the shape of the clothing;

(2) Display. When it comes to sales on the shelf, the main parts of the garment (factors that are most concerned with and selected by the consumer) can be displayed;

(3) It is convenient for storage and transportation, that is, when the garments are sold and stored on transportation, storage and shelves (cabinet), they can be stably stacked without affecting the properties of the fabric (such as extrusion deformation).

The bar support packaging technology of clothing is applied to the packaging of many apparels. Such packaging techniques are used for shirts, underwear and various casual clothes.

2 block division method

In order to realize the above three major packaging functions, first of all, different clothing should be analyzed to determine its segmentation method. It is necessary to analyze the effects of different structures, different parts and different parts of clothing, and then finally segment the blocks. Segmentation includes segmentation basis, segmentation line, number of strips, and size. Men's wear is now taken as an example for analysis (see Figure 1).

2.1 Block Segmentation

The basis for the division of clothing is determined by the overall effect of wearing the clothing. At the same time, consider the local display effect when it is displayed on the shelf. Should generally be the collar, sleeves (sleeve and sleeves), pockets, clothing (front and rear garments), etc. as the main bar to be divided. Because these parts are required to be flat and not wrinkled in both the wearing and selling display. That is, the parts that need to be protected in the packaging.

In fact, in the front and back garments of the body, sometimes a further segmentation is required to achieve a smaller package, for example, the left and right garment pieces of the front garment piece are again divided from the upper and lower pocket centerlines. The body of the clothing is divided into a line.

2.2 block dividing line

The dividing line of a clothing piece is a fold mark line when the clothing package is folded, and also a folding mark line after the clothing is washed. Folding according to this dividing line enables the bar of the garment to be displayed during packaging. Dividing lines are generally symmetry or turning lines for clothing. For example, the symmetry line between the front body or the front garment surface and the back body or the back garment piece. In addition, the dividing line of the bar can also be selected in the upper and lower parts of the garment and the left and right parts. As in Figure 1, b can be used as a strip dividing line.

2.3 Number and Size of Bars

The number of bars in garment packaging is related to the overall size of the packaging and the size of the garment (long dress, short-sleeved or sleeveless clothing, etc.). The number q of a piece of clothing can be expressed as follows:

In the formula: q is the total number of bars folded for garment packaging. Generally q is 2 times the dividing line of the bar; si is the number of folding pieces of the clothing piece and the collar piece (collar), the general clothing piece Si>l; pi is the number of folded pieces of the sleeve piece, and the general clothing has the pi value. 0 to 2.

The size of the bar is directly proportional to the size of the garment and the size of the package. The smaller the packaging volume, the smaller the bars. The size of the bar depends more on the size of the garment's packaging volume. However, the number of bars is proportional to the size of the garment and inversely proportional to the size of the garment.

3 Support Methods and Packaging Technology Handling

3.1 Support Methods
The method of supporting the garment packaging is mainly the hard material internal bearing method. That is, a rigid packaging material with a certain rigidity is used as a support skeleton, and the interior of clothing is lined with the size of a folded bar, and then the clothing cloth is fixed with pins (clips), pins, or self-adhesive tapes, double-sided tapes, and the like. Flatly fixed and shaped. Its shape is rectangular, square, diamond, etc., and some other special-shaped structure.

3.2 Packaging Technology Processing

After being fixed and shaped by the above-mentioned support, it should also be handled as a packaging technique. There are generally flexible packaging and three-dimensional hard box packaging, but also use heat shrink packaging. Soft packaging is the use of transparent plastic bags to support the fixed pre-treatment clothing bag sealing, labeling. Three-dimensional rigid packaging is packaged in cartons or plastic boxes. The shrink packaging is to heat the heat-shrinkable packaging film package of the pre-processed support garment and shrink it tightly to obtain the final product of different shapes.

4 Conclusion

1) The bar support and packaging technology of garments is a package that supports and sets after the clothing bars are divided. It has the advantages of small size, compact structure and beautiful appearance.

2) The key to the text is to determine the determination of bars and split lines and their techniques;

3) The packaging technology can be used not only for garment packaging, but also for packaging of other textiles and various bedding products;

4) The packaging effect of the packaging technology is related to the structure of the garment itself, the method of segmentation, and the like.
