The software can be checked at a glance, and the effect of future printing can also be visually displayed in the software by editing the hue of the ink. However, the biggest drawback of this software is that it cannot check the files linked to the EPS image of the spot color channel. Such files need to be checked after turning the EPS image into TIFF format, but the prerequisite is to ignore the spot color in the image (make sure in Photoshop It is correct to check that the spot color is correct.)

If you have a digital proofing device, a slightly more difficult job can be printed out with digital proofing to more intuitively check the overall effect of the job; a relatively simple job can print a regular color draft to check the overall effect. It is suggested that the cutter line should be taken when drafting so that it can be observed whether the die-cut finished product pattern will be beautiful and centered in the future and whether the position size meets the product requirements. For relatively complex die-cut products, such as various paper cups, cigarette cases, special-made boxes, pillow-shaped back-sealing bags, etc., it is necessary to use the printed color drafts to be folded and formed according to the die line to check whether the die line is It conforms to the geometric dimensions required for its formation and prevents it from being found to be shaped according to this size until it has been die-cut after printing.

For special orders, it is recommended to check the color draft. For example, there are multiple spot colors, and there are partial hot stamping (or hot silver), local white padding, and local polishing jobs. Prepress production is usually done in multiple layers. Check in this case. It's more troublesome. It is advisable to print the color separation check, because the content on the separation print is what will be done on the plate in the future, and the check is straightforward.
