The total investment for this project is 200 million yuan, which will be divided into three phases. The first phase of the project will have an investment of 70 million yuan. The project is about to start, and it is planned to be put into production before the end of the year. It is understood that the first phase of the project will be on the two production lines, processing more than 20,000 tons of used tires.

Due to the unique properties of the fine rubber powder and the development and maturation of the fine powder application technology, the use of fine rubber powder is rapidly expanding and the market size is also expanding. At present, fine rubber powder has been widely used in paving materials for modified asphalt (CRMA) and has been widely used in developed countries in the fields of highways, parking lots, stadium construction, and construction. Asphalt paving materials industry has become recycled tire rubber. The largest user of powder; in the tire industry, fine powder has been used as an additive process to replace the carbon black technology to improve tire dynamic (static) performance, saving natural rubber; in the rail transport, fine powder has been used as an additive The production of railway sleeper rails has effectively reduced the noise of train operations.

At present, according to the production technology of rubber powder, the purity of fine powder can reach 99.9%, which can completely replace the use of natural rubber and plastics. Now it is used in 26 industries and its market potential is huge. .
