The most commonly used nylon printing ink systems are two-component hot melt inks and catalysts. The standard hot-melt ink is similar to rubber and has good flexibility. The printed product does not exhibit stretching.

Hot-melt ink curing temperature is about 166 °C, the best pot life is 8 ~ 12 h, for the printing workers, these time enough to complete the printing task. It should be noted that once the ink is used, the unused parts must be thrown away. Before using ink, the screens and tools must be thoroughly cleaned.

The mixing ratio of two-component hot-melt inks is generally 20 parts of hot-melt ink and 1 part of catalyst, which is calculated by mass (by weight) because the mass ratio is more accurate by volume. If you have to mix by volume, the ratio is about 16:1. Mixing of the ink must be uniform, otherwise it will affect the curing effect of the ink and the adhesion of the ink to the nylon fabric.

If the ink is too thick to be diluted, use the thinner recommended by the ink manufacturer for quality assurance. The diluted ink is catalyzed. Since the catalyst thins the ink, the addition of a catalyst to the already thin ink will cause the viscosity to be too low to be used.

One-component inks are usually solvent based and can be air dried. The two-component epoxy ink or acrylic ink may also be air-dried or dried at a temperature of about 12°C. The pot life of the above three inks is very limited, usually less than a few hours.

D Section Pales Palisade Fence

palisade fences are commonly used for residential, commercial, and industrial purposes due to their strength and ability to withstand harsh weather conditions.
A Palisade Fence is a type of fence made up of vertical metal posts, called palisades, that are embedded into the ground. The palisades are typically pointed at the top to deter climbing or scaling. This type of fence is often used for security purposes, as it provides a strong physical barrier that is difficult to breach. Palisade fences are commonly seen around commercial properties, industrial sites, and high-security areas. The pales are typically pointed or angled at the top to deter climbing and provide a formidable barrier against intruders.
