However, according to the author's understanding, after 40% of the export goods have been shipped, the cabinets have collapsed and collapsed in varying degrees. What are the reasons?

The author believes that the above anti-stress formula is worth studying, and the size of the degraded system is the key. SN/TO 262-93 “Procedures for the inspection of export goods packaging corrugated boxes” refers to the bad change coefficient, which is determined by the storage period and storage conditions of the goods loaded in the carton, and the value is generally 1.65. However, the author believes that the value of the bad change coefficient is low, and its considerations are less comprehensive. When the package is stored and shipped, its safety is restricted by many factors.

The author analyzes the coefficient of inferiority from the qualitative aspect rather than the quantitative aspect, and considers that the value of the coefficient of deterioration coefficient is related to the following factors:

1. Consider the quality of face and core paper. If the quality is not good, the ring pressure strength will be reduced, and it will directly affect the compressive strength of corrugated boxes.

2. Consider the factors of the manufacturing process. For example: due to the printing pressure, openings, etc., the thickness of the corrugated board is reduced and the corrugated board is deformed; or the stress concentration caused by the opening is reduced, so that the strength of the cartons is reduced, and the compressive strength is necessarily reduced.

3. Take into account the effect of the load on time. Due to the prolonged time and the change of temperature and humidity in the storage process of the package, the quality of the paper is reduced, and the fatigue causes the compressive strength of the carton to decrease. There is a reference to this procedure.

4. Take into account the effect of temperature. As the relative humidity rises, the carton is damp, the moisture content increases, and the compressive strength must drop.

5. Consider the effect of the stacking of packages. If the packages are stacked flush, the load-carrying capacity can be increased; if stacked, the carton carrying capacity can be reduced. There is also a mention of procedures in this area.

6. Consider the impact and vibration of the package on the way when the package is shipped. Although this factor has less influence than other factors, it should also be given due consideration.

7. Consider the impact of loading and unloading factors. Due to multiple loading and unloading, the author believes that this is the most relevant factor for the value of bad change coefficient. In summary, the author analyzes many factors that affect the coefficient of bad change from the qualitative point of view. Only the third and fifth points are considered in the regulations. The author believes that other factors should also be considered. Therefore, the coefficient of deterioration should be higher than 1.65, I believe that K = 2 ~ 3. The rationality of the value of the bad change coefficient remains to be further explored.
