Before assembling, the center line is first delineated. There are generally two types of center line determination: one is based on the center line of the workshop; the other is based on the wall. Once the center line is determined, within the total length of the machine, use a laser level to measure the level of the foundation between each meter. When measuring the level of the foundation, the person receiving the laser should pay attention to not let the laser directly shine on the eyes, so as not to damage the retina. The purpose of measuring the foundation level is to fully understand the flatness of the foundation before installing the machine, so as to correctly determine the landing height of the first unit, and avoid subsequent units from being unable to land due to the foundation level error.

After confirming the center line of the machine installation, a straight line perpendicular to the center line needs to be drawn at the end of the first unit to determine the correct position of the first unit. The correct positioning of the first unit is critical. If there is a slight error in the positioning of the first unit, the installation of the whole machine will deviate from the center line of the machine. Finally, the oil pan of the first unit will be placed on the ground according to the center line and vertical line of the machine. The first unit falls into the oil pan, and the horizontal and vertical adjustment of the first unit is performed with a level of 0. 02 mm / m. After the adjustment is completed, observe whether the ground has settled (not less than 12 hours) , The method is: suck the frame level on the reference position of the machine, do not move or hit the level.

Second, the process and essentials of assembly and positioning

After confirming that the first unit is in place and the level is correct, the second unit can be assembled. During the lifting (cooperated by the lifting operator and the machine personnel), no collision can occur to avoid damage to the machine. When the second unit is quite close, use a small wooden block to clamp between the two groups (anti-collision). When the two units are about 5 cm apart, the top and the push are gradually tightened with bolts at the same time. The key to the collision is under the four feet of each unit. Use two 0.2 mm thick plastic pieces to cut them into 20 cm × 20 cm. Add some grease in the middle and put them under the feet to move the unit. At the time, the resistance is greatly reduced. After the units are spliced, they are drawn one by one. After the first and second units are spliced, the second unit is adjusted horizontally. The adjustment method is based on the first unit as a reference, use a dial indicator to hit the reference surface of the second unit and the first unit, requiring almost zero-to-zero longitudinal and horizontal, and then use the frame level and strip level to check the level of the second group And adjust appropriately. The installation and splicing of the third and fourth units are the same as the second unit. When each unit is aligned, pay attention to the meshing marks made by the manufacturer on the gears. If the meshing marks are not aligned, the machine should be disassembled and reassembled. Finally, the assembly of paper feeding and paper collecting is carried out.

After assembling the main unit, install auxiliary equipment, such as: computer console, water tank, vertical central gas supply cabinet, electric box, and connect all lines, install all foot pedals, handrails and related devices, complete After the machine is installed, check all the movements of the machine; such as forward and backward, jog, operation, fixed speed, pressure, powder spray, air pump, water tank (circulation and refrigeration), various functions of the computer console and lubrication device, dust removal device , Gas circuit, each safety device and the functions of paper feeding and paper collecting. After the inspection is completed, carry out trial operation, and gradually increase from low speed to 15000 sheets / hour. After one hour of operation, check whether the three roller shaft heads are hot. If there is no abnormality, the installation is complete and enter the machine commissioning stage.
