1 , subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the main performance requirements, test procedures and test report contents of the test equipment used for vertical impact test of transport packages. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the impact strength of transport packages when subjected to vertical impact and the protective ability of the package to the contents. It can be used as a single test or as part of a series of tests. 2 , reference standards GB/T4857.1 Marking method for various parts of package and transportation package GB/T4857.2 Packing and transport package temperature and humidity control processing GB/T4857.17 General principles for the preparation of performance test program for packaging and transport package GB/T4857.1 Packaging and transportation Quantitative data for package preparation performance test program. 3 , test principle The test sample is lifted to a predetermined height, and then it is allowed to fall freely in a predetermined state and collide with the impact table. 4 , test equipment 4.1 Drop Tester Impact Table The impact table is a horizontal plane, which does not move or deform during the test and meets the following requirements A. The mass of the object is at least 50 times the mass of the test sample. B , to have a large enough area to ensure that the test sample completely falls on the impact table C. The height of any two points on the impact table shall not exceed 2mm D. When the static load of 10kg is applied to any 100mm2 area on the impact table, the deformation must not exceed 0.1mm. 4.2 The lifting device should not damage the test sample during lifting or lowering 4.3 Supporting device The device supporting the test sample shall be capable of placing the test sample in the intended state of release prior to release. 4.4 Release Device During the drop of the release test sample, the test sample shall be kept clear of any component of the device to ensure free fall.  5 , single wing drop test machine test steps Lift the test sample to the desired drop height position and support it as intended. The difference between the straight-up height and the predetermined height must not exceed ± 2% of the predetermined height. The drop height is the distance between the lowest point and the impact table when the test sample is ready to be released. Release the test sample according to the following predefined conditions When the surface is dropped, the angle between the falling surface of the test sample and the horizontal surface should not exceed 2 °. When the ribs fall, the included angle between the falling ribs and the horizontal plane should not exceed 2 °. The error between the specified surface and the impact table surface on the test specimen should be no more than ± 5 ° or 10% of the included angle (in larger values Quasi) so that the gravity line of the test sample passes through the dropped corner Regardless of the state and shape of the test sample, the difference between the actual impact velocity of the dropped surface, line and point of the test sample and the impact velocity of the free fall should not exceed 1% of the free fall. After the test, check the damage of the packaging and contents according to relevant standards or regulations, and analyze the test results.  For more detailed product series and related technical parameters, please contact: National Unified Service Hotline: 400-0711-808 Dining Table And Chairs,West Elm Dining Chairs,Kitchen Chairs,Black Dining Chairs CAMOSA HOME , https://www1.camosafurniture.com
