First, the glue coating is not even

The object is located just below the adhesive label, and the label detached from the bottom paper is evenly flattened on the object under the dip of the pressure roller. After labeling, the sensor below the roll label signals the containment operation, the drive wheel is stationary, and a labeling process ends. If the pressure roller of the labeling machine has a defect in pressure setting or structural design, it will cause blistering when labeling the self-adhesive label. Third, electrostatic effects

For film adhesive labels, static electricity can also cause the brand to foam. In general there are two reasons for the generation of static electricity: First, due to dry weather, especially in the use of adhesive labels in winter in northern China, static electricity often occurs during the labeling process. Second, static electricity can also occur when adhesive labels and friction and contact are made between the trademark and the labeling machine. When labeling by an automatic labeling captain, static electricity can cause bubbles to affect the labeling effect. To solve the problem of static electricity, try the following methods: 1. Reasonably control the temperature and humidity of the operating space, the ideal temperature is 20-22°C, and the relative humidity is 50%; 2. Use a copper wire to discharge.

Fourth, the reasons for labeling

1. The bottle profile is not clean and flat: The bottle body should be washed and dried beforehand.
