The accuracy of the equipment drops In the post-press processing equipment, the structure of the automatic hot stamping machine and the automatic die-cutting machine are basically the same, mainly divided into three parts: paper feeding, host machine and paper receiving; the working principle is also basically the same, the main parts of which control the processing accuracy are left, Right gauge position and front gauge, and paper guide system to help the positioning of printed products. After a long period of use, the parts of the machine are worn out and the accuracy is reduced, and the parts of the paper guide system are also affected. In particular, the machine runs at extreme speeds and for long periods of continuous operation, which causes greater damage to the gripper teeth row and the left and right gauge guide wheel springs. In the case of high-speed operation for a long period of time, repeated movements of the teeth and the spring will produce higher temperatures, causing metal fatigue. In this way, the rigidity of the tooth plate and the spring force of the spring decrease, resulting in insufficient gripper paper gripper pressure, resulting in the inaccurate positioning of the printed product in the front position. To avoid inaccurate overprinting caused by the reduction of the precision of the hot stamping machine and die cutting machine, the equipment should be used reasonably, and the machine should not be allowed to run continuously and at a very high speed 24 hours a day. When the product is not processed, the machine should be kept at rest; usually all parts of the machine should be lubricated, and the tooth row gripper and the paper guide spring should be regularly maintained. 2. Improper machine adjustment In the hot stamping and die cutting process, the gripping pressure of the gripper is too small, and the gripper cannot hold the edge of the paper, and the paper slips during imprinting; the opening and closing movements of the transfer tooth and gripper are unbalanced, and the paper feeding system Some components are out of adjustment, which makes the paper not in place or excessive force; excessive force will cause overprinting. Paper deformation There are two cases of paper deformation: 1. The paper is cut irregularly, with beveled edges or wavy edges. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the cut paper reaches right angles and straight edges; do not repeatedly strike the edge of the paper when cutting, so as not to cause wavy paper edges. 2. The moisture content of the paper is unstable. The main performance is that in some processes that require heating, such as UV curing, screen printing drying, hot stamping heating, oil drying, etc., the paper moisture content changes. In order to avoid paper deformation caused by changes in water content, each process should be handed over in time, and the residence time should not be too long. At the same time, certain protective measures should be taken to prevent the natural loss of paper moisture, such as protection with a protective film. And keep the workshop temperature, humidity and paper moisture balance. For the loss of paper moisture caused by heating in special processes, it should be compensated by adjusting the appropriate amount of temperature and humidity to restore the paper moisture content to the original standard state.
