Hiden's latest QGA Professional gas / steam analysis software can perform real-time continuous quantitative analysis of gas mixtures composed of up to 16 substances. This software can be used in all Hiden gas analysis systems. The spectral library information in QGA Professional gas quantitative analysis software can be expanded by users, and up to 10 fragments peaks can be integrated for each species. The integration calculator uses these to compile a preview of a specified gas mixture, automatically select the best mass for measurement and deconvolution calculation, and automatically perform screen color imitation on the mass peaks measured by the same mass and special species. The relative abundance of each species is a user variable and is used to determine the actual detection limit, which can be as low as 0.1 ppm. Provide external parameters and data integration input, such as temperature, process pressure, weight. External gas monitoring, taking CO as an example, can be directly integrated with mass spectrometry data. The QGA quantitative system can automatically sequence multi-channel gas flow analysis, and 80 gas flow channels are provided in the software. Real-time online data graphs of up to four gas streams can be displayed simultaneously on the screen.
