5. Persist in barefoot exercises and wear soft, comfortable, inactive natural fabrics to keep your skin breathing better.

6. Familiarize yourself with all parts of your body, especially your legs, tailbone, ischium, pubis, humerus, rib clavicle, shoulder blade, neck and your head.

7. Don't be afraid to use the auxiliary props of yoga. They help us better stretch all parts of the body while making our fitness process more efficient.
