Short-term high temperature, because the heat can not be transferred to the substrate, so the substrate temperature is not too high, can prevent shrinkage. The low temperature and long-term heat has enough time to transfer to the substrate, and the temperature rise is large, and the substrate is easily contracted. However, surface cracking due to insufficient curing of the resin can be prevented.

Therefore, the general veneer temperature is 135-140 degrees Celsius, the heating time is 10-15 minutes, and the unit pressure is 3.0-3.5 MPa.
