Summary
Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of calcium acetate gradient method for the preparation of tretinoin liposomes, and compare the quality with the thin film method and reverse phase evaporation method. Methods: Thin-film method, reverse-phase evaporation method and calcium acetate gradient method were used to prepare retinoic acid liposomes, which were separated by G-5O dextran gel column, and young A was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and nano laser particle size analyzer.
The encapsulation rate and particle size of acid liposomes were observed with electron microscope to observe the morphology of tretinoin liposomes. Results: The liposomes prepared by calcium acetate gradient method had the highest encapsulation efficiency, up to
90.48%; its appearance is round and uniform, the average particle size is 35.8nm, and the quality is stable when placed at 4 "C for 3mo. Conclusion: The calcium acetate gradient method is used to prepare retinoic acid liposomes with a high encapsulation rate, which is feasible.
